I receive an error Temporarily Unavailable

Hello i hosted my 3cx in the cloud
I connected it to A TG200
I receive the calls very well and can pick them well
But when i try making calls through 3cx to an outside number i get a call drop with a message

Temporarily Unavailable​

I will be very glad if i can get assistance

Latest version of 3CX and patch 5 installed. I have the same problem. 3CX hosted in COLO center. I connected to it T54W and have intermittent issue.
Temporarily unavailable! when I am doing outbound calls.
I will be very glad if I can get assistance.
