I want to transfer all calls to a single DID to an extension on a remote 3cx system through a bridge.

I don't even know if this is possible but here is what I want to do. We have 2 3cx servers, in 2 different locations, connected with a bridge. Calling between them works great. We want to route all calls coming into one of the DID's through the bridge to the IVR at the other location. For the life of me, I cannot find any information on this, and I'm guessing its not possible, but I'm hoping I am wrong.

V20: use a dummy user, assign it the DID and set it to forward all calls (via exceptions) to "external number", where you set the number as "<bridge prefix><IVR ext>", ex.: *18001

V18: Inbound Rules > the DID > same as above, send it to an external number and set the value as needed.

Make sure your outbound rules have the prefix => route set properly to remove the prefix and it should just work.
