Hello everyone,
I have an i32V that we have setup at our door. We have a Ring Group that is supposed to call 3 users, but only one has been getting the calls. I purchased 3 i53W "indoor stations" which I have also added to the Ring Group. I tested the system, but I found that while it calls all three of the indoor stations, two immediately indicated it as a missed call, my cell phone indicated it as a missed call, and on one of the devices it kept ringing until it was answered.
Could this be a configuration issue? The three users are all using Teams via SBC, which shouldn't affect the Ring Group, I don't think. And to be clear, the Ring Group wasn't calling all three of the members of the Ring Group even before the indoor stations were introduced.
Thanks,
Jeff
