where 1.1.1.1 is ip of voip provider

this in different installation of 3cx ( different voip provider)
every are installation 3cx 10 mini edition

when this event occurs the internal fail to call external number and and must repeat several time the number to establish communication

what can i do for solve ?

thanks Omero

I would suggest that you first determine if this is actually a message coming back from the provider, or as I would suspect, a network problem. You may need to make use Wireshark.

Given that you are experiencing the same issue in multiple installations, and with different VoIP providers...you have to figure out, what do they all have in common, that is causing this to happen. Same type of router, same ISP?

Thank fr reply leejor

i have the same report of problem from 3 different installation
2 installation have 2 type of router/firewall different and 2 different adsl 2 different voip provider
the third have a gateway ( patton 4554) no voip provider ( in this one should be irrelevant adsl and router)
the only thing in common that i see is same version of 3cx ( version 10 mini edition)

but technically what is the cause of the problem ?

Thank again Omero

Good morning

this is other strange ( for me) message from 3cx

Device 123456788 dialed on (AnyLine@my-voip-Prfoviderl) had no available outgoing trunk(s) for Call(from "Anonymous"<sip:[email protected]:5060;nf=e> to 123456788

the event id is this
ID 12289 - Maximum number of calls has been exceeded

what it means ?

thanks again Omero

There is an option, in the (each) trunk group settings, to specify how many calls are allowed, at one time, on that group.
