Hello all,

I have a small setup, I have 4 x Yealink T46G handsets.

I am using the latest version of 3cx.

We have two SIP trunks for two separate numbers, one is for company A and the other is for company B.

We have each sip trunk go into the correct IVR group, however we have all the handsets ring and we answer the phone depending on what company the client has called.

What is the easiest way we can get a msg on the phone screen saying company a or b etc, or even better the company logo.

You can use the "Append/Prepend Queue Name, Ring group or Inbound Rule" under Advanced -> Contacts -> Options.

Then, put a name in the inbound rule for each DID. It will appear alongside the CID.

Example for prepend: COMP1:+16135551234
Example for append: +16135551234:COMP1

In this example, the Inbound Rule is named Comp1.

Settings > Advanced > Contacts > Options

Not sure if it'll do IVR names but will do the rest.

will appear on the phone and app.

Great, nothing stopping me setting up ring groups with names for each company though, will give me something close?

Ring groups or simply name the DIDs under Inbound Rules.

Thanks, made it a bit easier, any way i can add a contact logo/image on the screen when the call comes in on a set ring group?
