Hi @Frederick Marcoux,

I have a scenario where an inbound call will route to a DR1 which plays a welcome message and has option 1 for English routes to DR2 , 2 for Arabic routes to DR3. The call is then forwarded to a CFD extension. Since I have same extension handling both English & Arabic but have English and Arabic IVR messages which should be played. I was trying to do the below
As explained before consider DR2 English extension is 8001 & DR3 Arabic extension is 8002. In the CFD i will create a condition EQUAL(session.transferingExtension,"8001") which can be used to identify it as an English customer so I can play English IVR and same for Arabic. Once the message is played it transfers to the agent extension.
Basically, I need to get the DR extension details in the CFD to apply the condition in CFD.
This doesnt work for me

Thanks in advance

You will need to use a dummy extension in-between to have access to that variable.

You mean DR extension details will not work with session.transferingExtension. It only gives the extension details. Also can I use the dummy extension without registering

So I tried this. But I cant see an option to transfer the call to CFD from an extension. Do i need to create the extension before the DR2 & DR3

You forward to external number and set the number as the CFD extension number.

Thanks @Frederick Marcoux

I will explain my call flow in detail. Please help
What i need to achieve?
We need a system in place where an outbound call comes into our 3cx system. We will give them options for language English & Arabic. We will have IVR's in place where it will be english message for english callers and arabic for arabic callers. This call will then be forwarded to an extension for option 1 (and option 2 forwarded to another system already configured) which will ring an external number using Ring My Mobile simultaneously. An IVR message with language preference will be played before connecting to the extension. After timeout another IVR with language preference will be played and option of 1 for calling the extension again will be given and option 2 will be forwarded to another system which is already done.

What is acheived

Configured an inbound route with wildcard DID which will land on DR1 with welcome message. Here option1 will be for English & 2 for Arabic. Call will be forwarded to DR2 if its English call and to DR3 if Arabic Call. DR2 & DR3 will have an IVR message. In DR2 option 3 will be forwarded to another system already configured and option 1 will be to forward the call to an extension with Ring My Mobile with 45 sec time out. Again call forwards to extension will be based on the DID (Different DID's to different extensions). Before connecting to the Extension a message will be played with language preference matched. The mobile number rings as well.

Now I need, after 45 sec of time out i need another message to be played in Arabic if its arabic call and english if its english call. In this DR we will again give the same option as above 1 will be forwarded to the same extension again and 2 for another system.

Thanks in advance
