Identifying returning calls to the receptionist

Can one identify from which extension a returning call to a receptionist extension for a call that was on hold or unanswered?
eg call 123456789 on hold to extension 205 comes back to reception extension 200, can you see that the call came back from 205 because it was unanswered?

Hi There

I had the same request a few months ago. The solution i came up with was to set up a ring group for each extension and when a transferred call was not answered it was sent to the ring group witch was in turn sends call to switchboard and appears on the reception handset as(ring group name:1234567890).
