I have got setup my 3cx but wondering if I buy this
Beronet- Small Business Line VoIP Gateway Link
Would it connect to my normal German Lan line phone and would integrate with 3cx.

what do you want to do , connect your Land lines to PBX and use from SIP phones connected to 3CX?
How many Land Lines do you have?

I'm not sure I follow your question fully but there are several Beronet gateways in the supported list for 3CX. This page https://www.electronicfrontier.co.uk/project/beronet-small-business-line/ seems to suggest the on eyou link to is compatible with 3CX.

However, I would suggest that you look upon this as an opportunity to replace your ISDN with VOIP. Lower costs, less equipment, more flexibility.
