I have my 3CX setup with a generic sip trunk which created virtual port 10000.

However all calls are being handled following those rules. Its ignoring all of my inbound rules. Is that a limitation of using a generic sip provider.

Here are some logs:

15-Jan-2015 21:31:01.863 [CM503012]: Inbound office hours rule (unnamed) for 10000 forwards to VM:1000
15-Jan-2015 21:31:01.863 [Flow] Looking for inbound target: called=+19542788093; caller="WEAVER, BRIAN " <sip:954464****@:5060>

As you see its seeing the correct incoming DID. But then it always finds the "Inbound office hours rule (unnamed) for 10000" this ignoring the inbound rules defined. 10000 is a remote connection created by the trunk when it was added.

Hi there,

Can you kindly check the server activity log and see if you have a message that says adjust source identification. If this is the case then check the following link: http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/source-identification-issues/

Regards

I believe that this was already solved, something about a missing +1. The replies were part of the posts that disappeared over the weekend.
