IIF. Check that AgentEmail is empty.

Hello. I have a task to send a default email to the CRM integration if AgentEmail is empty.

I tried such variants in the Request tag in the CRM integration template:

Url="[WebHookUrl]/user.get.json?filter{{EMAIL}}=[IIf([AgentEmail]=="","[email protected]",[AgentEmail])]"
Url="[WebHookUrl]/user.get.json?filter{{EMAIL}}=[IIf([AgentEmail]==False,[AgentEmail], "[email protected]&quot]"

In both cases, it calls the

/user.get.json?filter\[EMAIL\]=

(With empty email)

If AgentEmail is not empty, it calls the correct URL:

/user.get.json?filter\[EMAIL\]=[email protected]

How can I check that AgentEmail is empty?

That's weird, the expression looks good to me. Can you try with this?
[IIf([AgentEmail]=="",[email protected],[AgentEmail])]

Or maybe this?
[IIf([AgentEmail]!="",[AgentEmail],[email protected])]

or
[IIf([AgentEmail]!="",[AgentEmail],"[email protected]")]
