Hello all,
Is anybody running 3CX with Iinet as their sip provider?? Yes I know they are unsupported, but I just have a small issue. Calls are fine in and out, however the outbound calls have no caller ID and show as "private number". This is becoming a problem for the user.
They were on a Grandstream 6xxx appliance for years, outbound CallerID was not an issue. As the system died unexpectedly, I spun up a 3CX to get her out of trouble and she is now happy enough not to replace the GS and stick with 3CX. Her only beef is with the outbound CallerID.
I have tried changing settings in the extension, as well as in the outbound parameters of the individual trunks. The only think I haven't done is bounce the system each time, but the trunk has re-registered with no change.
Has anyone else had this issue and overcome it? This is the first time I have set up 3CX using the generic trunk.
