Import address book from command line

Hi.
Is there a tool to import address book CSV from command line?

insert a few contact manually, do an export to have csv structure file
then create csv file according to 3cx format.
If you have lots of contacts to import ,don't use more than 500 lines in one single csv file otherwise import can hang up
