Import BLFs settings?

Is there any way to import BLFs from flat / config / template files ?
I need to setup 80 BLFs per phone - have to spend hours to configure that clicking one by one...

select all extensions > Edit > BLF

As above, and for new extensions you can also use the "Copy Extension" button to create new extensions that already contain the BLFs of an existing one.
