Import Company Phonebook Encoding

Hi,

I'm trying to import our company phone book from a csv.
All goes well except the encoding seems to be a problem.

The letters àéè become a square.
If I edit the names in the webinterface after import and change them, the character is shown perfect.

Does the csv file need some sort of encoding?
