Hi cant find how to imports the contacts in the 3CX Small Business??

For the SMB there is no global phonebook but you can import personal phonebooks per extension.

There is no where in the web interface to import into the personal contacts and certainly no where to export. This is a poor design choice. Why would the phones even provision with 3CX Phonebook on them. Don't tease us with features and no give them fully. Your engineers need to figure out better who to partition the Cloud 3CX you are way behind the other cloud VOIP offerings

@John Ruby The SMB installations do have limitations however if you want more capabilities 3CX Hosted is a better solution for you. Of course there is always the self hosted or on premise option which give you even more control.
