The name change from StartUP PRO to 3CX SMB - Small Business is in line with our industry and better reflects the editions we offer and the range of businesses we serve - from startups to small and medium-sized businesses, right up to professional and large enterprises. Next Steps

Rome wasn’t built in a day! From a practical point of view, it’s still a work in progress! License keys on existing installations and demos can still be used. Buying and / or replacing your keys is also possible - direct from the Web Client via the Admin Console Dashboard. Once 3CX SMB - Small Business goes on sale, existing StartUP’s will be downgraded to 3CX FREE.

On the Customer Portal and 3CX website, we are in the process of updating the content. It will take some time to complete. There will be some days in between when the information needs updating. Thanks for your patience as we navigate the change.
