Importing users from AD using search field doesn't work

We are trying to import users from AD using their OU, but no matter how I enter the information it doesn't show. Only the default "cn" works:
I assume we need to enter it like this but it's wrong. What would the correct syntax be?
OU=Users,OU=Company,DC=corp,DC=company,DC=com
