Is it possible to import your current business number? With the free accounts. How do you do it? What is the process taken?
Is the voice mail available in every plan ?

Numbers can be ported by the SIP company with which you contracted.

Voicemail in 3CX? Yes.

What is the process for doing that? What plan should we use? The main concern here is to import the company number so It could serve as the primary contact. And could it be possible for us to schedule who is going to answer per day, for example:
(A) is assigned on Monday, so all calls should go directly to that designated person per day.
