Impossible to hear in local network

Hi guys, I am having a problem with the new 3cx installed by my company.
If I ring an extension on the same network as myself i cant here them they cant here me.
I tried with 5 different phones models and firmware, so it should not be a phone config issue.
However if i dial an extension between myself and anyone outside the network it works without issues.

Does anyone know how to solve this? Is thete something I'm missing in the configuration?

Sounds like you have some sort of firewall issue on the PBX. I would disable any local firewall such as Windows Firewall or any AV/security software that might have its own firewall component and try it again

Are you in the same network as the PBX?
