Improve Call Identification for Boss-Secretary Call Screening

We recently tested the new Boss-Secretary feature and found it to be a useful addition. However, one important capability appears to be missing.

When a call is routed to the Secretary on behalf of the Boss, the Secretary has no indication that the call was originally intended for the Boss. From the Secretary's perspective, the call appears identical to one made directly to their own extension.

This creates a challenge because the Secretary cannot answer the call appropriately without first determining who the caller is trying to reach.

Suggested Enhancement

When a call is forwarded to the Secretary through the Boss-Secretary feature, provide a visual indication on the receiving device, such as:

"Call for John Smith"
"Screening for Extension 101"
"Boss-Secretary: Intended for John Smith"

or display the Boss's extension/name alongside the incoming call information.

This would allow the Secretary to answer professionally and immediately identify that the caller is attempting to reach the Boss rather than the Secretary directly.

I believe this enhancement would significantly improve the usability of the Boss-Secretary feature.
