Improved Pipedrive server-side integration

This CRM configuration builds on the work of Mark Phillips in https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/pipedrive-3cx-server-side-integration.65431/. It improves his original by:

• removing deprecated API endpoints in contact lookup
• syncing mobile, work, home and other phone if they exist (not just the one called)
• separating the first and last names of the contact
• importing the company name
• linking to the 128x128 Gravatar image if set in Pipedrive

One useful effect is that if a Pipedrive contact is listed twice with the same phone number (e.g. for two different companies) both contacts are imported. This means other numbers which are different (e.g. work number) are not muddled up on the same 3CX contact record.
