We've had this issue for 2 clients now using Grandstream GRP2615 but also have a few others that don't have the issue at all.. Calls would come in and hit the correct phones but occasionally they just randomly stop having the ringing audio. The ring volume is up and everything is correct..
Rebooting the phones fix it as a temp solution. Tried, upgrading to a newer firmware 1.0.5.44 and 1.0.5.67, Did a factory reset and re provision but still same problem..
Updated from V16 to V18 same issue. I've tried changing the default ringtone. This has really blown my mind. Any help would be appricated.
