I have been battling unsuccessfully with getting my inbound calls to simply show a + before an Inbound Caller ID number in international format, that way (I hope) the inbound will match a phone number in the address book on the device (3CX iOS APP) in which it is calling and a name will be presented to a corresponding record, in my case an iPhone.
I'm in Australia so when calls come in they are presented as 61XXXXXXXXX to the native iPhone call list.
I simply want it to be presented as +61XXXXXXXXX but cannot for the life of me figure it out?
I have tried:
1. Ticking the "Convert Inbound caller ID to e164 number format" and setting to Australia
2. Entering various combinations under "Inbound" such as 61 > +61\1 or (.*) > +(.*) etc which doesn't do anything really.
3. Toggling inbound parameters for "CallerNum" caller's number (default: From->user)
Nothing seems to get + there. I am kind of getting lost in this all for something that should be so simple. Am I missing something ?
Cheers
