Hi,

We decided to try 3CX and so far it looks good.
I have registered 5 Trunks and 9 extensions.
Each trunk has only one DID, and each Trunk is only going to one extension at the moment.
Outbound calls work fine.
Extension to Extension calls work fine.

When i try inbound calls they are all going to voicemail.
On my extension i have in front of me i see the call coming through for less than 1s and then goes to voicemail.

On call logs i get Not Answered.

I feel that i'm missing something but not sure what,

any help would be appriciated.

Thanks

Slightly confused, are you saying each SIP trunk has one number assigned , or two numbers.

If one number, on the SIP trunk have you setup the correct 'Route calls to'

Have you checked the activity log, to see how 3CX is processing the inbound call.

Thanks for your reply,
Each SIP trunk has 1 number, to make things easy on the SIP trunk i have Routed the calls directly to extension avoiding IVR or Ringroups until i get things running.

On call log the PBX is trying to call the extension but says NOT Answered.

So to cut it down.

Sip trunk - 1 did - forward to 1 extension - incoming call goes to voicemail after 1 second?
What are you forwarding rules for the particular extension say?

The activity log is your best friend in this scenario. Set the logging level to verbose, restart all services and make an inbound call. Let the call drop and check the activity log. It should give you a pretty good idea of what is happening.
If you are having issues reading the log post the results here but replace numbers, IPs and your FQDN before doing so.
