Inbound calls not ringing all phones

I have noticed recently that inbounds calls don't always ring all phones. Meaning, we have an IP Desk Phone and several softphones. About 20% of the time the desk phone will ring but not the softphones.

Not sure where to start to investigate this.

I am not sure as we are very small we rarely do we call each other.

My asking was to try to call RG number from internal call and see if it behave the same as when it is an incoming call from outside

There are many variables, depending on whether you are hosted, or local, STUN, or SBC.....

Do all of the extensions belong to one ring group?
