Inbound calls not working - Flowroute

Following this article I was able to configure the Flowroute SIP trunk and outbound calling is working:

But for some reason I'm not able to place inbound calls. I don't see the call showing up in the 3cx call log. I reached out to Flowroute and they told me that the pbx is requesting to use a proxy when it should not be. Today I rebuilt the SIP Trunk config and ended up with the same results.

Does anyone know if this proxy setting is something I can disable? Or is there something wrong with my SIP Trunk config?

Resolved by disabling Call Source Identification.

Glad to see the issue has been resolved however i believe the reason you had the issue is because the number format of your DIDs did not match the number format Flowroute is using in the Invite messages to the PBX causing the PBX to challenge the calls.
Although inbound calls are now working i believe you might have issues with call routing if you have multiple DIDs. Our guide should provide more info on how to setup a Flowroute trunk.
