inbound calls not working

i have a problem in recieving inbound calls. i can call another extension, but when i try to call my extension nothing happens, it doesnt connect.

any help?

Please post your system log.

What is the connection type of your extension (LAN or remote)?
What is your phone (softphone or hardware)?
Please provide brand and model as well.

ok ,
i have a server here in my company and remote users log on to this server.

my c onnection type is DSL 1MB
i am using 3cx software phone.

my router has NAT enabled, and i disabled the firewall

Pleae try to use X-Lite for a soft phone instead of 3cx soft phone.
