Inbound calls not working

I configure 3cx few month earlier testing purpose and everything was working fine and perfect. that vm server somehow deleted and I am again reinstall 3cx in another server but this time inbound calls not working (sip trunk is same as before)!!. I have try many ways.. changing server, using old/new license.. everything in my knowledge I try.. I feel fedup now . I also post here but not getting any proper solution. I am still stuck

Same public IP/ FQDN being used? Does the trunk show as registered? Does the 3CX Activity log show an incoming call? What (error?) log do you get on an outgoing call attempt?

no in new 3cx installation using different ip and about FQDN I am now using old license so it might be old one. I am not sure. trunk show registered and green signal..but don't find anything about trunk registration in activity log. I can send outgoing calls ext to any number.. but can't pass incoming calls ( calling direct DID which is located to extantion).. and in that case nothing show in activity log about incoming calls. and calls just drop from mobile. my sip trunk consist of ip/DID number/ password. and its working on any other sip device.

how can I check this? should I try new license with new ip?

Do you have an inbound rule set for your sip trunk, what's inside ?
Perhaps your rule don't match with number format sent by your provider so nothing comes to 3cx side.
in the rule put in DDI *XXXXX (replace the X's by the 5 ending numbers of your DID)

yes I have inbound rules, inside got rules name/*xxxxx DID number auto selected and route calls to extension 0000. and I already try *xxxxx format. but nothing work.

Can you try setting the logs to Verbose and making some incoming calls to see if anything appears?
