i've made sip trunk between Avaya ip office and 3cx
some calls come to Avaya without caller id
when avaya sends these calls to 3cx, 3cx doesn't send these calls to phone users
how i can ignore the caller id in 3cx to accept calls if has caller id or without caller IP

what is the meaning of unsupported above?

...that what you are attempting to do, is not supported by 3CX.

Have you had a look at the 3CX Activity Log to see why the 3CX is not passing the call to the user? Is this happening on calls to the Avaya where callers are blocking their caller ID, or is there some other reason caller ID is missing? Did you use a Bridge trunk, or a Generic SIP trunk? If caller ID, on some calls in important, then you probably won't want to change the inbound trunk options or it may remove caller ID on all calls.
