Inbound FAX intercepting with 1 PSTN telephone number

Hi,
is there a way to intercept fax tone with 3cx (ISDN 1 Bri, 1 number so no possibility to use DID) and send it to the FAX server extension for e-mail conversion?

Hello @Davide Arcari

Do you mean you want the 3CX server to automatically detect if the incoming call is a normal call or Fax and send to the appropriate destination?
If that is the case then no, you need to use a dedicated DID for faxing and direct it accordingly to the desired destination.
