Inbound only 1 line visible in app

We notice that we recieve more then 1 line inbound at the same time, but in the desktop app we only see one line, even if 2 or more line are calling inbound at the same time.
I looked at the settings of the USERS and they are set to : Accept multiple calls.

But still its not working.

Anybody a idea how we can solve this issue.?

What desktop app are you referring to?
- The Windows client?
- The browser extension?
- The new desktop app for V18 (not yet fully completed)

Yes then i can see in my switchboard that on other call is coming, but i can't take that second call... or don't know how to pick it

From your Web Client / Windows Client (Switchboard) can you not pick the call up by placing one on hold and picking the other up?

Also note, having accept multiple calls enabled and being in a ring group / call queue will not ring the extension when it is on a call.

Yes i notice that, when you are in a call... you wil not get a ring .... i noticed that when you are in a call... the system logs you out of the Q... this is the problem ... can we change this setting? Because we have multiple people who should get also a call when they arfe already in a call so the can handle also that secound call.

Yes this is possible, but only when you call the line directly on the extension nr.... not if its an outside line that that calls and follows the ringgroup

Thank you for the reply, this means i have to make BLF for call parking, as i understand... I made these BLF but i can't see the BLF in the new app..( see pic )

I there a tutorial how this works, when receiving multiple calls?

In the windows app i can see the BLF's.... but in the new app now... how can we make them visible?

BLF keys in the new desktop app for version 18 are not available at the moment. Currently, you can use the 3cx app for windows.

BLF won't come to mobile for a while. That's been requested for years.
