I have a client with v9.13967.
Recently, an inbound rule on a DID no longer routes the calls correctly.
Instead, I see Inbound out-of-office hours rule (unnamed) for 1000 forwards to DN:815.
815 is a queue for their main line calls.
The rule is simple, and like the other DIDs they have. If I remove the DID, the triggered rule is the same.
If I add it back, no change.
If I restart services, no difference.
Rather strange rule, I don't even have office hours set on this trunk.. but if I set 00:00 to 23:59, the log instead shows Inbound office hours rule (unnamed) for .... still no trigger on the inbound rule I want.
How can I get this DID to route to the extension I want it to go?
