Hi,

I have 100 DID's available. The first number is the primary number and all calls to any other number gets connected to the same number (catchall). I need to configure the primary number for our call center and setup inbound routes for a range of other DID's to a DR. Is it possible without creating invidual inbound routes?

As each number will be different you will have to enter all the DDI numbers,

Enter one DDI number - export the settings - modify the file by adding all the other numbers and import the new settings

You could indeed use a wildcard for a DID but do note that the DID must contain at least 6 digits + the wildcard(asterisk).

If you cannot use a wildcard or these DIDs are already individually setup on the SIP Trunk and you simply want to avoid having to create a separate Inbound Rule for each one manually, you can use the Inbound Rule Export/Import feature. Just create one rule, export it, edit the csv file to add the rest of the DIDs and import.

Thanks for the reply @Saqqara
Lets take an example
Imagine 2863000 is my primary number. So my DID ranges from 2863000 to 2863099
So my requirement is to route 2863000 for Call Center all calls to DID's from 2863001 to 2863099 needs to be routed to a DR.
So can I do 28630* as wild card

Thanks in advance

That is correct, however, as mentioned previously and as also mentioned in our training material regarding SIP Trunks, we recommend using at least 6 digits + the wildcard. So that's a total of 7 characters.

So any other DID within the same range if configured with an inbound rule will be routed accordingly?
Or does it goes to the wild card inbound rule?

In that case, it would depend which one was checked first, so the order in your Inbound Rule list would matter. The first rule that matches is the one that will be followed.
