It’s possible configurations of inbound rules?

IF the call it´s from Italy go to extension 101
If the call it´s from Spain go to extension 102

There's currently no Inbound Routes feature in 3CX. However, you could try to do what you want using a combination of DID/DDI rules and configuring "Gateway / Provider Inbound Parameters" on the VoIP line settings to replace the "To : User Part" SIP field with the value of the "CallerNum". That would foul the 3CX into thinking that the To: field is actually the From: field and the DID rules would then transfer the call accordingly.

This is just theory however, I've never tried it. You could give it a try and let us know if it works.
