Inbound Skype Works, Outbound Does Not

Inbound calls from Skype work fine, but get "destination is not available, not registered, or no routes available". Here is the log...

Hi, this number 304769400 is incorrect.
Skype requires international format of dialing number. You should dial +304769400 or 00304769400. If outbound rule prefix is (6) then you should dial 6+304769400 or 600304769400. + is equal to 00.
