Inbound SMS Auto Reply

I have seen this discussed from time to time, but I am not seeing anything current. We have had a few clients asking about SMS Auto Response again. I know it is not available out of the box. I am curious if anyone has successfully integrated a solution with 3CX and/or Flowroute.

I am not super excited about doing this given the custom nature of it and possible moving targets between versions, but I thought I would throw the question out there and see who has done what, if anything.

My question would be specific to the following:

• 3CX Hosted
• 3CX Current Version20sp9
• Flowroute

I currently have a middleware nodejs app that uses Generic SMS to handle Telegram to 3CX chat functions, including simple chat and MMS style messages. Works well.

You could use this method to handle your auto reply if needed.
