Hey guys, I've set up SMS for our instance by following the instructions provided here:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sms-text/
We are using Twilio for our SIP trunks, and after configuring everything as described our outbound texts are working. When I click the "Test" button in 3CX, I receive the following error:
"The connection was refused. Please run a firewall check to identify the issue. Messages cannot be received until this issue is resolved."
Our HTTPS port (5001) is accessible. I've run the firewall check utility and everything checks out. We're not using a custom domain so SSL Certs shouldn't be an issue.
I even tried forwarding port 443 through our firewall to no avail.
