In this deployment, I have a patton sn4114 and three analog lines plugged into it. On ONE particular line, when a call rings in, it only rings for a few seconds and then the extension says disconnected and the caller just hears continuous ringing. What is strange is that I can plug the line in question to a butt set and it works as it should (continues to ring until it is actually picked up)
In the server activity log i get the message "Leg L:323.1[Line:90008<<xxxxxxxxxx] is terminated: Cause: CANCEL from 192.168.0.59:5063
IP address 192.168.0.59 being my patton device.
It only does this on the one analog line.
Please advise
