Dear All,

We have a new SIP trunk provider which works IP-2-IP without registration. Outbound calls are working fine but incoming calls are getting disconnected on 32.second.

I have attached the log for one call. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Bora

Hi @buyuksoy

Your logs only show the call leg between the PBX and the 3CX client and its missing the call leg to your provider.
If you search the forums a bit you will see that calls dropping after 32 seconds are usually due to the PBX not receiving and ACK message from the provider. The PBX will keep waiting for an ACK for 32 seconds before dropping the call. In the meantime the PBX will keep sending 200 OK messages to the provider.

Look in your logs for ACK not received error.

Thanks I've found the solution. Firewall was blocking the message because the service provider is using different IP's for proxy and media. I've allowed both IP'si on firewall and now it's working.

Thanks again.

Glad to see your issue has been resolved.
