Incoming call display name

Hi all,

I just want to enquire on how to fix this issue.

When a user dials certain number, it comes up with someone name at the beginning followed by the incoming call number.

How can I set it up so that it will only display incoming call number? This is the sample log from a yealink handset.

You want to remove incoming caller id name?

You can do this in the trunks menu on left:
edit incoming trunk > inbound parameters tab > CallerName second option down, pull down menu,
I do not know what option will not work with your trunk, I would just test it, most of the time I try and pick the one that makes caller id name work
