Incoming call issue [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification

I can make outgoing calls from 3cx app but cannot receive incoming to my extension. I have setup a gateway (in 3cx) to cisco router (cisco router is connected to PSTN via FXO).
I am using 3cx version 16, locally hosted on windows server 2019.

router configuration is as below:

this rule is already configured.

For anyone who might have the same issue and is searching for it. router configuration is correct, the only mistake i made was that i was creating Gateway instead of SIP Trunk in "SIP Trunks" menu tab. create SIP trunk and create inbound rule and you will start receiving calls.
