Incoming call issue with Redmi 6 phones

Hi,

My customer is using 3cx Mobile App on Redmi 6 phones. the phone Android version is 9.
For his extension, under Phone Provisioning, the "Enable Push for Smartphones" is enabled.

His 3CX Mobile App is connected to our 3CX server version 16.

Whenever there is an incoming call, the 3cx Mobile App did not ring. The caller will be directed to voicemail.

Can anyone advise how to troubleshoot this incoming call issue ?

Please just note within the latest version "Keep Active" feature added.

Do we need to enable the "Keep Active" feature in the 3cx mobile app or is it enabled by default ?

the user is using version 18.0.3.17

"Keep Active" feature is manually enabled.
Could you please try to disable "Telecom API" and let us know if the issue sorted?
Android App Settings (Three horizontal bars top left) >> Settings >> Advanced >> Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API)
