Incoming call name display the callerID

Hi,
i need to know how can we get to display the custom name of the line when a call comes to the specific cid.?

scenario :-
If in an incoming call is on line1 (12345) and it lands on extension 501, on the user phone it should display that it has come from line1(12345) and
if the incoming call is on line2(67890) and it lands on ext 501, on the user phone it should display that it has come from line2 (67890)

If the numbers are using a DID rule, you can add the DID name to the caller ID. The name could simply be the phone number. In the 3CX options you can choose to Add Group, Queue or DID/DDI Names to Caller ID .
