Incoming Call notification on "non ringing" phones

hi all,
a customer requested us this functionality:
- he has about 10 phones.
- when an incoming call arrives 2 phones ring
- he wants to receive a notification of the incoming call also on the display of other phones so a "non ringing" user can pickup the call.
- he don't want users to keep web webpanel/switchboard open

is it feasible?
it will be acceptable to display a windows popup notification instead of the phone display notification

Unless you are using a feature, such as call pick-up, https://www.3cx.com/docs/managing-call-pickup-permissions/ in a group, the set must be receiving a call (an Invite sent to that set/device) before it can be answered. A set is either getting a call, or it's not.

ok, so all users see that an extension is ringing via the relative BLF on the ip phone.
is there a way to show the calling numbers on a BLF (yealink T48s)?

Someone that uses those particular sets would have to answer that.

No, the BLF is used to monitor another extension that is ringing. It does not display the number of the caller.
