When callers call my main number they get routed to the IVR - then depending on selection to the proper voice mail or que. When callers call my secondary number it routes them through the main IVR even though the settings are to route to a call que.... any idea??

Numbers
Company Main: 111-111-1111
Company Secondary: 222-222-2222

Call Queues
8001: Main
8002: Second

Digital Receptionists
8000: Main IVR

Sip Trunks
Host A (111-111-1111): Route Calls to - IVR 8000 Main IVR
Host B (222-222-2222) Route Calls to - ext 8002 (Second Que)

You will have to run a trace and see what your SIP Provider is sending in the invite. If they're not sending your number then it'll route to the default option specified in the SIP Settings.

Thank You... still new to this I will run the trace and see... also using Voip.MS as sip provider with the following 3cx inbound parameters 1648454935117.png

It'll most likely be the invite format being sent from provider, not 3CX side.

Funny I spend a few days trying small things to fix this... all for it to be one button I forgot check...

Use both "Call Source Identification" rules and "Caller Number/Name -> CalledNum" field mappings (Note: Disables catch all routing capability)
