Incoming Caller Display on Windows Phone

We no longer see the incoming call notification on the screen - any ideas why this would suddenly stop?
Its only affecting one PC in particular. It was working then stopped.

Thank you for coming back to me. Its the smaller pop up that sits in the bottom right.
I have since installed the web client and am now using that so its not as urgent as it was. Just curious as to why it stopped working on a particular machine but works okay on others. One PC did have a blacklisted IP and is now working but this particular PC doesn't. Many thanks.

Normally this notification appears when the client is closed to the tray.

If the client is open or minimized you don't see it. Also check the Windows 10 Focus Assist feature in case its suppressing anything although I don't think that should affect the 3CX windows app at all, just the WebClient in Chrome notifications
