Incoming Caller ID issue with siptrunk.com

One of our SIP trunks CID does not display the phone number correctly for the incoming calls. It shows the name and a cryptic code instead of phone number (see the image).
This is happening only on one of our two trunks, configured the same and according to siptrunk support configured correctly in 3cx. BTW, this setup was working fine for months and suddenly a month or so ago this started. siptrunk.com suggested I restart 3cx service which I did but still getting the same issue. Anyone came across similar issue problem before? 3CX v 18 U3 (B 461)

Have you confirmed what they are actually sending you, in the Activity log? (set to Verbose)

No I did not. Just changed it to Verbose and will check. Thank you for your suggestion

OK, so if I am reading the logs correctly the first two lines I get when the call is initiated are "Call from..." followed by "CallerNameAddr:...". The "Call from" has the correct information but the CallerNameAddr has the code I am talking about not a number. Is CallerNameAddr sent from the SIP carrier? The logs are below:

Can you also take a screenshot of an incoming Invite from the provider? I tried to replicate this with our test trunks but we are not receiving anything like this.

Sure but not sure what you are looking for? Should that be in the trace somewhere?
