Hi there,

I've the following system:
1. 3CX Phone System
2. LinkSys 3102
3. IP Phones
4. PSTN Line

Everything seems to work fine.
IP Phones can make calls perfectly between them.
IP Phones can make calls outside without a problem using the PSTN line attached to LinkSys 3102.

BUT

Incoming calls coming from PSTN line are being rejected by 3CX Phone System.
I get the following messages at the 3CX server:

16:47:11.740 [CM503008]: Call(44): Call is terminated
16:47:11.740 [CM502001]: Source info: From: "Linksys SPA-3102"
sip:[email protected]>;tag=76d4748490166cb8o1<sip:[email protected]>
16:47:11.740 [CM503013]: Call(44): Incoming call rejected, caller is unknown; msg=SipReq:
INVITE [email protected] tid=-4fd301c4 cseq=INVITE [email protected]:5061 / 102 from(wire)

Where

192.168.0.200 is the 3CX IP
192.168.0.201 is the LinkSys 3102 IP
10000 is the LinkSys 3102 Virtual Extension

Why is the call being rejected?
Do I have to specify which callers are able to call? Where at?

I've routed all the incomming calls from port 10000 to the Digital Receptionist (ext.100).

Is it possible to create an Inbound Rule for all incoming calls? I've created the following one:
DIDNumber: *
Port Identification: 10000
Associated Port Identification: 10000
During Office Hours / Out of Office Hours: 100 (Digital Receptionist)

Any idea of why is 3CX refusing the calls?

Thanks a lot!

Juan Bravo.

When you say Digital Receptionist, you mean the IVR or the Operator Extension ( which is 100 )?

I've used the option:

Connect to Digital Receptionist: [ 100 Digital Receptionist ]
So the Virtual Extension is 100.

Indeed, when any of the VoIP Phones dial 100# they go directly to the Digital Receptionist without problem.

In the 3CX settings for gateway find tab 'Inbound parameters' and add source identification rule, where RequestLine:User matches $LineId. that's it.
