Hi,

Just wondering if any of you would have any ideas regarding this situation. We've installed the system a couple of weeks ago and now some random incoming calls are dropped for some reason. We're using a very basic setup with just a couple of phones that all ring at the same time (ring group 800) every time someone calls that office. Every once in a while a call will reach the system but fail to make it to the phones, with same error message. I'll post the logs in here if anyone ever had this problem or has an idea let me know. I just turned on ''Verbose'' in the log settings so I'll probably have more info in a couple days.

Any Help would be great. Thanks.

It looks to me the call was answered at 102.
Using PSTN or VoIP?
Any of the extensions set for special behavior - forward to cell? ring to cell at same time?
