Incoming calls fail

Hi Stephen,

Thanks for your reply. Full cone nat is indeed what I have.

HOWEVER - in getting despirate, I have also just tried another setting, that seems to show some promosing events:

I have changed my ASDL Modem / Router to the following:

Port Start: 5060
Port End : 5070
Port Map: 5060

And now it is not dropping off after the first few minutes - it continues to ring!!!

I'm not sure, but it would appear as though by increasing the Port End to 5070 it seems to be responding more favourabily.

Could the others on this thread who are experiencing similar problems try this too, and report back if they experience any changes too please?

Cheers

Adam.

I am having a similar issue where incoming calls fail. My calls never come in even though they are routed to the 3cx server. Outgoing calls work fine. Incoming calls get do get routed to the box because when I make a call to the VOIP number from a cell.... The 3cx drops it with the enclosed error. Here is the log.

FYI, I restarted 3cx and cleared this log so there was only one call in before i captured this log.

To me it looks like its a crenditials issue between the extension in 3cx and my phone. I quadruple checked the extension and 3cx... I even typed the extension number, auth id, and password again. I get the same error every time I call in.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I got it working... After doing a little more research... I found out that I had the matching strategy in Source Identification configured wrong... I set it back to blank. restarted 3cx... and now it works like a charm... I hope this helps someone with a similar issue....
